Residency Termination

• 1- At the end of student exams.
• 2-If the student wishes not to reside in the hostel for any reason.
• 3- If the student is absent for 30 separate or continuous days during the academic year without an excuse accepted by the University Hostel Administration, to be warned a week after his absence, on his place of residence specified in his file at the hostel. .
• 4- If a disciplinary action shell be taken by the competent authority against the student to expel from the residency.
• 5-The Administrator reserves the right to inspect any room at any time to check out residency terms in the presence of the student, and in case of his/her absence , a committee shall be formed by hostel management decision to open the room and keep possessions of belongings in the presence of the supervisor.
