Minia University organized a field visit for students from both the public and private universities to the International Defense and Military Industries Exhibition “EDEX,” in coordination with the Military Education Department, to enhance national awareness and introduce students to Egypt’s efforts in localizing defense industries.

University President emphasized that such visits help link academic study with real-life applications and raise students’ awareness of industrial and military development, while the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs highlighted the importance of the exhibition in showcasing advanced defense technologies and modern weapons systems produced by Egyptian companies in international cooperation.
