MU’s “Swift” Team Triumphs at Gen Z National Competition with Award-Winning Innovations

Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat, Minia University President, confirmed that in a new impact reflecting the growing role of Egyptian universities as a catalyst for change and a driver of sustainable development, the university's student team 'Swift' won a 500,000 EGP funding prize for achieving a notable milestone by winning the Gen Z National Competition, in addition to signing sponsorship agreements for their pioneering project.

Prof. Dr. Farahat affirmed that the university sets innovation and entrepreneurship at the forefront of its priorities by pinpointing the role of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and aligning it with the sustainable development objectives and the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, which rests on four main pillars: enabling talents, technology transfer, provision of funding, and improving the working environment.
