MU Participates in French-Egyptian Conference for Higher Education and Scientific Research at Cairo University
A delegation from Minia University led by Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat, Minia University President, attended the events of the French-Egyptian Conference for Higher Education and Scientific Research and included Prof. Dr. Ayman Hasanien, Vice President for Community Service& Environment Affairs, Dr. Hossam Ramadan, the head of the Foreign Relations and the Research Projects with participation of representatives of 66 Egyptian state, national and private universities.
The event was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Egypt’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Mr. Philippe Baptiste, the French Minister of Higher Education.
Prof. Dr. Farahat stated that the forum tackled sessions about the joint cooperation between French and Egyptian universities, the internationalization of the higher education and scientific research. He asserted that this scientific forum represents a significant milestone in the trajectory of bilateral relations between Egypt and France, reflecting the depth of academic and research ties between the two countries and their mutual commitment to expanding strategic cooperation in higher education and scientific research.
