The Embassy of Colombia in Cairo reported that 15 scholarships are allocated for citizens of the African states in postgraduate studies, and for those who need to promote their Spanish language, whereas there are 114 institutions of higher education including 1412 programs in various cities, Colombia.
The deadline for submission is June 12, 2023.
