MU Launches a Medical Convoy to Kafr Al-Maghraby Village

Minia University, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth & Sports, launched a medical convoy to the people of Kafr Al-Maghraby, El Edwa, under the auspices of Minia University President Prof. Dr. Mostafa Abd EL-Naby, and under the supervision of Vice President for Education & Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat.

This came within the framework of the university's constant keenness to provide all environmental, medical, and service needs to the governorate's villages by sending service medical convoys.

Prof. Dr. Abd EL-Naby stated that 560 cases underwent a medical examination by 17 physicians from the faculty of Medicine in 11 various specializations, and they received free treatment.

On the other hand, the convoy organized 4 cultural symposiums, including a symposium lectured by academic staff from the Faculty of Nursing on Coronavirus, its variants, symptoms, side effects, and protective methods. The second symposium was entitled "Addiction and Drugs abuse and the treatment methods", another one on self-breast examination for prep-school students, and the last one on Anemia and healthy food.
