Today Morning, Minia University organized a cultural symposium on Isra and Mi’raj, in the grand hall of Arts& Conferences Center, on the occasion of Isra and Mi’raj with the aim of identifying students the lessons learned from this memory redolent and replying to suspicions that raising around it.

The event was held under the auspices of Minister of Higher education Prof. Dr. Khaled Abd El-Ghafar and President of Minia University prof. Dr. Mostafa Abd El-Naby, and in the presence of Minia Governor Gen. Osama El-Kady, Governorate's Executive and Security Leaders, University's Vice President for Education & Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat, Deans, Vice Deans, President's Advisor for Student Activities Prof. Dr. Hany EL-Araby, General Coordinator of Student Activities Dr. Hossam Abd El-Rahim, General Manager of Student Welfare Walid Abd El-Kawy, academic members, departments' heads, and students.

Prof. Dr. Abd El-Naby expressed his happiness to host at Minia University one of the most influential Al-Azhar scholars Dr. Osama El-Azhary, asserting the university's role to cooperate with anyone who bears the responsibility to save generations from being drawn to extremist thought.
